What are your customer service hours?
Our regular business hours are 8am—5pm EST Monday – Friday. Weekends via email. We are closed to observe major U.S. holidays including:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther Kind Day
- Memorial Day
- Presidents Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Christmas Eve

Can I take whatever level I want to start?
No. You must start at Level 1, complete that and then move to level 2 and then Level 3 in order to receive your defense coach certification.
I am interested in taking one of the courses, how can I enroll in a course without having to take the full defense coach certification Level 1-3?
We do have 5 individual courses you can enroll in. If you go to our other site located at: STS Learning Center, you will be able to enroll in an individual course.
Do I have to be a Defense Coach to access the certification program?
No. You must be enrolled in the defense coach certification program to have access to the materials.
How do I access my certified defense coach account?
To access your account, first you need to be logged-in. After you log-in, you can view My Account menu item, from there you can update your profile information, change your subscriptions, update your billing information and so on.
How do I reset my password?
I forgot my username; can I have it sent to me?
To recover your username, please contact us and provide the email address used to register on this website, we’ll send you the login credentials as soon as we check into our system.
How do I pay for my defense coach certification enrollment?
When you apply for a defense coach certification by registering on our website, the registration form will ask you to input your type of payment preferred. You can pay using your credit card or thru PayPal.
How long can I have access to the defense coach certification program materials?
You will have unlimited access for as long as it takes you to complete all the lessons. Once you take the final examination, you will no longer be able to go back to the materials.
Can I access the program from my mobile device?
Yes. The certification program and all the materials are fully accessible via your smart phone or other mobile devices anywhere you are connected.
How do I update my credit card information?
Go to my account, select the Update Billing Card and follow the instructions provided
I do not live in the United States, can I still enroll in the defense coach certification?
Yes. If you meet the eligibility requirements you are welcome to enroll.
Do you ship internationally for purchases in any associated shops or stores
Some items are subject to international laws. It is advisable to email us first and ask a representative if the item or items you are interested in is shippable to your country.
If I live outside the United States and enroll in the certification, will I be able to view the content in my country?
Yes. You can view the content anywhere you have a smart phone, laptop, computer or tablet and are connected to the Internet.
Can I cancel my certification?
Yes. If you no longer wish to maintain an active certification, please call or email us and we will deactivate your designation.
