CODE OF CONDUCT
Defense Coach Certification and membership is designed and intended for individuals 18 years of age and older.
As an elite Certified Defense Coach and Member you agree and will uphold this Code of Conduct and are liable for all activities, and content you post.
Anyone violating the Defense Coach Code of Conduct will result in the termination of certification and membership and all privileges associated with such membership including but not limited to services and deletion of content without notice.
a). You will not upload, post, transmit, transfer, distribute, disseminate, or facilitate distribution of any content including video, text, images, sound, audio, data, information, or software that:
b). Expresses, advocates or displays pornography, profanity, hatred, racism, bigotry or obscenity whatsoever.
c). Misrepresents the source of anything you post including impersonation of another individual or entity.
d). Create or provide links to external sites that violate this Code of Conduct.
e). Is designed to solicit, or collect personal information of any minor (anyone under 18 years of age), including but not limited to: name, email address, home address, phone number, or name of their school.
f). Is intended to harm or exploit minors in any way
g). Is illegal or violates any local, national or International laws that apply to your location; including by not limited to child pornography, illegal drugs, copyright material and intellectual property not belonging to you.
h). Is intended to threaten, stalk, defame, victimize or intimidate an individual, family or group of individuals for any reason; including age, gender, disability, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation; or to incite or encourage any one else to do so.
i). Invades anyone’s privacy by attempting to collect, store, harvest, or publish private or personally identifiable information such as passwords, account information, credit card numbers, addresses, or other contact information without their foreknowledge and undeniable consent.
j). Intends to disrupt or harm another user’s computer or would allow other’s to illegally access software, accounts, or bypass security on websites, or servers, including but not limited to spamming.
Certified Defense Coach Conduct Regarding Clients and Students
- You vow to uphold the professional and ethical standards as set forth by Defense Coach
- You vow to conduct your Defense Coach Business in a professional manner.
- You vow to continue to develop, learn and grow as a Defense Coach to stay ahead of our threats, adversaries, opponents and enemies.
- You vow to have honest communication with your clients, students, and employees
- You vow to act in accordance with the highest standards of conduct and be accountable to protect the public interest and the that of the client and /or student.
- You vow to respect and value all individuals for their diverse backgrounds, culture, experience and ideas.
Termination and Cancellation
Defense Coach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and remove user-created services and content at will and without notice, and delete postings or ban members, subscribers or participants that are deemed objectionable.
Rights and Responsibilities
We encourage our Defense Coaches and members, subscribers and participants to not share information that others could use to harm you, and for parents to be aware of and help exercise control over content posted by and activities of their minor children so as to keep them safe online.
Defense Coach and its affiliates and partners is not responsible for the content or activities in any user created records or profiles. The decision to view content or engage with others is yours and we advise you to use your judgment.
Defense Coach reserves the right to change or amend the Code of Conduct at any time and without notice, and encourages you to periodically review these guidelines to ensure you are in compliance.
